The yoga portion of our studio offers a variety of yogic practices that focus on uniting the mind, body and soul. Our classes are structured to warm your body up before getting it moving, and then cooling it down. Elements of meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) are used throughout classes.

Hatha

Our Hatha style classes focus on one posture at a time. The pace is steady and calming, allowing you to briefly settle in to each pose.

Vinyasa

Our Vinyasa style classes utilize the breath to flow from one pose to the next at a somewhat quicker pace.

Individual

Our yoga instructors are also here to assist you with any personal goals or questions with one-on-one instruction.

Gym

personal training or group workouts

The fitness gym at Holistic Health Studio offers different group workout classes as well as personal training. Our classes encourage the use of the body as a whole and being mindful in our physical activities.

Cycling

Our Cycling class is a great cardiovascular workout. The pace of this class helps build aerobic endurance while pedaling through a fun experience.

HIIT

Our group HIIT class utilizes High Intensity Interval Training with bursts of high energy followed by short recovery periods. This is a great class to get your heart rate up while maximizing calorie burn.

Weight Training

Our Basic Weight Training class is great for beginners or those new to strength training. Using dumbbells and other weights, this class helps build your strength and endurance.

Personal Training

If our group classes are not quite what you are looking for in a workout, meet with one of our personal trainers who will help you exercise in an approach suited for you.
